Christmas snifter
Pale gold color with a tall fluffy head of 2 fingers.
Aroma is of bready pilsner malt and slight vinegar with faint earthy tea.
Hints of lime and black tea circle around some crisp pilsner malt and slight vinegar. Some pickles, lemon, dill, sesame.
Feel is crisp and clean, carbonated, perfect for the style. Slight graininess on the finish.
Overall a tasty but mild sour, definitely not flavorful as some, but more drinkable than most.
