Visited the brewery this past Saturday and bought a crowler of this great stuff. The kind proprietor pulled this gem out of his little frig and said it had been aged in wine barrels. Glad I bought it!
Beautiful pour into a tulip glass with a reddish brown color with excellent head and great curtain lacing. Fragrant sweet fruit smell and taste. Sweet pears, apples and berries, hint of dark wine and some warm spices. Definitely would get again!
