Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, we brewed up a small batch of this easy drinking Irish Red Ale to help us all celebrate. Smooth and malty with just enough hops to balance the sweet caramels notes, this beer will likely become an annual favorite around the brewery.

16oz, canned 02/20/2025
L: red hued ale with a foamy tan head
S: malty caramelized grain, bread crust, modest herbal hops
T: sweet caramel, toffee, bread crust, grain, with a nice, mild herbal hop presence
F: medium body, moderate carbonation, balanced finish but could be a little drier imo
O: I got to this one a little late for St. Patrick’s Day, but an Irish Red is good any day

Had on tap. Clear yet dark amber red with a off-white cap. Smell and taste are clones: red rye malt with light dry earthy tones, prune, and mellow herbal hops on the finish. Feel is slightly watery in the middle, but otherwise malty and full. Just want some more body or definition to help it stand out
