Our gose honoring a Chicago hockey great, Marian Hossa. Riverlands loves Chicago hockey and we love dumb puns, so this beer was a no-brainer.
Our Gose (pronounced gose-ah) series are kettle soured ales brewed with coriander and Mediterranean sea salt. This version also gets a big addition of Raspberry and Lime puree.

Poured from a crowler. Darker pinkish maroon with plenty of bubble and a pinkish head. Smell has decent salt, raspberry, lime, and lingering wheat. Taste is the same only fruits are slightly tart as is proper, and salt is margarita like. Feel is a raspberry lime margarita gose, yes exactly as you imagine that to be. Extra points for the great name, all around great beer for an all around great player.
