We love Galaxy hops. Maybe a little too much. So we packed a fresh hazy Double IPA with plenty of them. In fact, ONLY Galaxy hops were used in this batch. The result? A tropical fruit and citrus wonder with a dank, earthy backbone.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on January 15, 2020. They love Galaxy hops. Maybe a little too much. So they packed this fresh NE IPA with plenty of them. In fact, only Galaxy hops were used in this batch. The result? A tropical fruit and citrus wonder.

16oz can, date stamped 1/8/20. Murky creamy yellow colored body with a frothy ivory colored head. Great aroma of zesty lemon-lime and passion fruit. Galaxy hops dominate the palate with notes of tart passion fruit, lemon-lime zest, guava, and pine. Full body; creamy, tart, and zesty, moderate carbonation, semi-bitter finish. Marvelous beer!

Canned 1/8/20; drank 1/19/20 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque dull yellow/orange appearance.
A violent pour yielded a huge off-white head; strong, a curtain of frothy lace.
Grapefruit, fresh soap & faint dry grass notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Tangy grapefruit, fresh soap, mild dry grass & faint caramel flavors.
Not my profile, really, but it's not bad.
