An imperial version of our sherbet style sour ale. As with our normal Acid Rainbow beers, the huge amount of fruit in this beer is added post fermentation so all those fruit flavors are left intact! We also added vanilla and milk sugar to create a truly decadent, fruity dessert sour.

Had on tap. Murky ruby grapefruit colored body with a slight off-white collar. Smell and taste are the same, not a lot of nuance but man is it refreshing and flavorful: sour raspberry, tart red currant, and that lush passion fruit create a trinity of fruitiness that has depth with the various aspects of the fruit except seeds, that then crash upon the sugary vanilla. Like a decked out beer cocktail. Smell is easier to get your arms around than taste Dangerously good at hiding the booze! Tart, lush, fruity, refreshing, cold and thick sherbert style body. The wife loved it.
