Things We Don't Say IPA is our version of the Craft Beer for Mental Health project helmed by Hope for the Day. A portion of the proceeds of this beer will go back to the organization to help with mental health awareness and education. Cashmere, Azacca, and El Dorado hops combine in this hazy IPA, building a backbone of orange and lime citrus, mango, and papaya. At only 6% ABV, this beer crushes.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow pour, thin, creamy white head. Faint fruity aroma. Taste is subdued, barely there citrus, lemon zest. I made sure I got to the bottom of the can, hoping there was some sediment to add any character to this, but no luck. Very unexciting.

A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left some small patches of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of honeydew melon are present in the nose along with notes of lime and pear.
T: The taste has flavors of honeydew melon along with hints of lime and pear. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this New England-style IPA to be very refreshing and easy to drink.
