IPA brewed with Mosaic, Cashmere, and Motueka hops and lager yeast. Is it just me, or is it getting cold in here? This brew combines our love of hoppy ales and lagers. Crisp drinking from the corn addition, with notes of tropical fruits, citrus, and berries from the hops. This beer uses lager yeast fermented warmer than usual, creating a crisp, light bodied beer while supporting big hop flavor.
