Riverlands is one of the most underrated breweries in the Chicago area. This is yet another one of their winners. Mildly juicy/citrusy, slightly bitter. Subtle booziness, creamy, milder than expected from a TIPA.

Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a partly cloudy brass-amber topped by a finger of off-cream foam. The nose comprises passion fruit, light mango, orange peel, sweetgrass, mild caramel, and a twinge of booze. The taste brings in more of the same, the fruits and grasses melding rather nicely over a caramel-y foundation. The body is a stolid medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. A very nice hefty bit o' haze, one worthy of an anniversary celebration.
