Got in a BIF from FBarber. 16 ounce can into IPA glass, canned on 3/24/2022. Pours lightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention. Nice spotty foamy lacing and moderate streaming carbonation on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big red grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, pear, passionfruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, pepper, pine, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good sized pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body; balanced bready malts and sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Fairly crisp finishing with the long resinous lingering drying finish, with minimal hop astringency. Minimal warming 8%. Amazing spot on showcase of Citra and Mosaic hops. Very vibrant, dank, and earthy hops, with a clean malt backbone. Aggressive but easy drinking, spot on west coast style. Fantastic across the board.
