16 fl oz. can, canned 09/28/23 just over two weeks in the can. A new Illinois brewery to me, this one out of St. Charles, IL. "Modern West Coast India Pale Ale".
A: Body is a nice darker golden, some clarity, and a nice finger of soft frothy white head. Good small spotty lacing. It looks excellent, I'll be real.
S: Aroma is fresh & floral, lots of earthiness. Smells almost like rye malt? Super bready.
T: El Dorado & Cashmere are not two hops I know a ton about, but there is good clean florals involved, as well as some nice piney bitterness to round things off. The malt profile tastes grainy, bready, smoky.
F: Smooth, crisp, clean, medium-bodied, super easy drinking stuff. Good hop bitterness.
A nice first beer for me from this brewery, will definitely be checking out more.
