Starting out as a tart, crisp, and bready kettle sour, we decided to introduce over 700 lbs of pink guava to make this Florida Weisse. Pink guava gives this refreshing and thirst-quenching sour ale a pleasantly encompassing mouthfeel and dessert-like characteristic. Best to drink whenever you feel like it.
