Southern German style Hefeweizen brewed like it has been for ages. 50/50 wheat and pale malt build the foundation on which German hefe yeast constructs it's house of banana and clove. Clean, Crisp and refreshing.

Had on tap. Clear orange body, white head, milder lacing for the style. Smells strongly of banana and clove, with fainter wheat, lemon, and cracker in the background. Taste is much the same, want wheat to be stronger than it is, not watery but close. Pretty clean though, moderately crisp, bright and decently ring
