This lighter bodied blonde ale was brewed with those hot tailgate and outdoor adventure days in mind. Fairly clean malt bill of 2-row pale malt base with a touch of honey, carapils, and white wheat malt to round out the bready sweet side of things. Three separate hop additions during the boil of Warrior, Cascade and Willamette impart some slight bitterness and warm fruitlike aroma and flavors in the finish.

Mostly clear, deep gold colored body. Two fingers of white head, and this becomes a thin cap and full ring. Leaves behind a few scattered lacing spots.
Aroma of toasted malts, honey, and light fruit (apple and pear).
Taste is honey coated toasted white bread, apple, and pear. Very slight bitterness. All flavors continue into the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Smooth and coating texture. Good carbonation.
