Naturally carbonated and unfiltered hoppy lager featuring 100% New York ingredients: Saaz and Triple Pearl hops from Chimney Bluffs. Malt from Hudson Valley Malt and New York craft.
Clear golden color, plenty of white foam coating leftovers.
Sweet and grainy malt, sour lager yeast with a very fruity and spicy hop aroma that raises it above the normal offering.
Incredibly clean and crispy bite and mouthfeel. Slightly dry finish.
The malt is perfectly grainy and clean tasting, sour and green lager yeast compliments the style and the two local hops bring a slightly sweet and delicate current of fruitiness. Definitely the Xfactor here!
Drinkability, complexity and uniqueness has this placed as an all-time favorite for the style and beyond.
