Juicy and dank balanced hop profile from a hefty amount of Idaho 7, Mosaic, Chimney Bluffs Hoppery Cashmere and Chinook.
Thick and hazy gold and orange color and appearance. Thick white foam cap settles in slow with a solid ring and lace leftover.
Peppery and boozy citrus scented hop cone juice in the nose big time. Sweet fruity, citrus and mango with a spicy, peppery backdrop for the aroma.
A thick and full mouthfeel, smooth, fresh feeling, boozy hot bite, peppery kick and very heady.
The flavor is dominated by multiple layers of chunky hop juice. Boozy Citrus, peppery mango and spicy pine. The malt is also thick and heady with a smooth, yet grainy effect from various golden style grains and malted barley. Huge complexity that might limit the drinkability simply because your palate cannot continue to be battered and dominated this way forever.
The visit to the brewery and farm was a great experience, beautiful hill side location with views of the valley, gorgeous building and brew house with excellent food.
