Our 5.5% Gose is brewed with watermelon and pink salt. This beer embodies the carefree spirit of summer and delivers an explosion of flavor reminiscent of your favorite pink sports drink. Lightly tart, delicately salty, irresistibly drinkable.

Get out there and rule that pickleball court. Tackle that trail. Get sunburnt. Just make sure to stay hydrated!

Fresh for summer, Atrium brewers look forward to the heat of summer and are equipped to handle it with a refreshing, thirst quenching, sour ale loosely built in the northern German sour ale style, and then decorated with watermelon fruitiness and added pink salt.

Light, blush and frothy, Watermelon G pops with sparkling bubbles while teasing the nose with the bright and floral scent of vine-ripe watermelon with a fine musty scent highlighted with citrus, cider and white wine. Low lying sweetness bounces off the tongue with the lightness of sourdough and hard candy sweetness before the overcast of watermelon arrives. Juicy, rounded and fruity, the ale is simply a welcomed summertime refresher that circulates around salted watermelon snacks in alcoholic form.

Medium bodied for sour ale but light and brisk overall, the ale finishes cleanly lactic with a brief aftertaste of watermelon rind and dry burlap.
