Rude Rhuby encompasses the feeling and flavors of fall, without sticking to the norm. We started with fresh caramelized pumpkin that was picked locally along with a Belgian yeast that adds those spicy fall flavors. We then decided to kick it up a notch and add pure Maple syrup then top it off with a healthy dose of fresh Rhubarb, because why not?
