Tasted on tap at the brewhouse taproom. My first Kentucky Common, so I didn’t know what to expect. Light brown color, almost looking like an Irish Red, with some head and lacing. Grainy aroma with earthy, herbal hops. Flavors have strong earthy hops and some moderate roasted grains that seem strong for a beer with this light color. Light to moderate body, low carbonation. Low hops bitterness and alcohol presence. This is a nice drinking beer, with more malt character than I expected.
