A: Pour was a nice clear golden yellow straw color with a decent white head.

S: Aroma of grass, light hopping, sweet malts

T: Taste was pretty good for a pilsner. I was happy to have finally had a beer from SBC that was above average and fresh at the same time. Crisp light taste, a light noble hopping and a relatively good smoothness to it.

M: Medium body for the style, medium carbonation. not bad

O: I was glad to have finally had a beer that I could drink more than one of without an internal fight to get a different beer off of tap that was not brewed at SBC . This really was done pretty well.
