Our brew master’s tribute to the ale that made Burton on Trent famous. An English style copper colored pale ale with medium body and a dry finish.

Really more of a Bitters than a Pale Ale. Strong initial carbonation. Nothing really to recommend this one but I am partial to the English Ales and the Americanized versions in particular. Had it with a burger but might be more enjoyed with a fish or chicken dish.
