Canned 07/14/22.
Appearance: Pours a fairly clear, bright amber body with a medium-small, off-white head.
Smell: Houses a rich breadiness and toastiness though some light hints, some faint glints of dark, roastier malts. Slight character showing from the yeast.
Taste: Toasty, bready with an upfront golden syrup sweetness that gently recedes. A little touch of herbal hops, nominal bitterness. Subtle yeastiness. Drying throughout.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Fairly decent.

Appearance: Clear, amber with frothy off-white head. Great retention.
Aroma: Bread & toast.
Flavor: Malty with toasted bread and spicy hops. Runs close to sweet side. Restrained bitterness.
Mouth-feel: Medium bodied. Moderately carbonated. Medium length finish.
Overall: Very nice Marzen. Rich and flavorful. Features toasted bread and spicy hops. This one leans more toward historical versions that are darker and heavier. It's rich & complex but doesn't session quite as well as drier versions. Still a good effort from the brewery way down in south GA.
