Had Coral Bay at the Jig Head tap room, Cookeville, Tenn., on draft into tumbler.
Pours light-amber with clarity and 1-finger creamy off-white head, which dissipates to a persistent ring, but leaves beautiful drapes of lace. Aroma of stone fruits off pour, and continuing. Begins sweet and fruity, over smooth and creamy malt body, with fruit continuing into a just barely bitter finish.
Not bitter enough, but otherwise an excellent mid-(dle of nowhere) Tennessee West Coast IPA.
