On taps white head with lace. Clear straw gold.
Very complex and flavor German pils. Bready, biscuit, crackers, zesty/floral hops. Nice bitterness, but smooth crisp clean.

Appearance - Pours a straw gold with three fingers of foamy white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, grassy, and floral hops, lemon, citrus peel, bready and biscuity malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, grassy, and floral hops upfront. The lemon, citrus peel, and bready and biscuity malts come through next. The earthy yeast rounds out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp and dry with the hops and malts lingering.
Overall - A pleasant and very quaffable German Pilsner. This one would be perfect for the summer patio.
