Our take on a classic style, a refreshing combination of grainy pilsner malt, light apple/pear esters, and subdued hops.

I am sampling a lightly chilled 16 oz can that I purchased in Calgary about 2.5 months ago. Poured into my .3L stange.
Date Stamp is 6-26-2025 and what looks like a bear leg trap!
The beer pours an extremely pale champagne gold color with fluffy bleached white head foaming up several CM and fading slowly leaving sticky lattice and some surface foam. There are several active streams of carbonation in my glass.
Aroma on this beer is some cereal malt and hints of lemon with a bit of grassy hop note. Fairly appealing nose on this beer.
First sip reveals a light crisp body with fine and tingly carbonation. Texture is smooth and the beer drinks very easy (not a surprise).
Flavor is cereal and grain with a bit of white grape sweetness. I again get some mild grassy hop and a bit of lemon on the finish. Never any hint of the ABV on this beer.
This is a nice take on the style, drinks easy and has a good flavor profile. Glad to have tried this brew!

Poured from tap at the source. Pours a nice clear yellow with a bit of white head. The nose is crisp lemon and bread. The taste is light lemon, biscuits, dry, mineral, bread, light grass. Crisp and clean. Very enjoyable.

Appearance - Pours a straw gold with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - spicy floral and earthy hops, biscuity malts, lemon, citrus, and earthy yeast.
Taste - spicy floral and earthy hops upfront followed by the biscuity malts, lemon, and citrus. The earthy yeast finishes off the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp and smooth with the hops lingering.
Overall - A highly sessionable brew that is perfect for this somewhat warm evening here in Cowtown!
