Single from October Beer Club at Sherbrooke in Edmonton.
Pours a uniform hazy golden with short lived bubbly off white head and a little particulate that meanders through the glass then dissolves in solution.
Bit funky, fruity (I have never had guava - is that guava???); certainly a saline note and as warms a bit floral and a bit of barnyard (interesting not offensive).
Funky floral, salty, herbal/earthy hops - there is a fruity note with distinct tartness - almost rhubarb pie like.
Medium mouthfeel with refreshing salty tartness that hangs briefly after final swallow.
Sours not really my jam but I enjoyed this nonetheless (but IPA tomorrow).

Appearance - Pours a deep honey gold with two fingers of bubbly white head that dissipate quickly.
Smell - brett yeast, sea salt, guava, spicy earthy and floral hops, and biscuity malts.
Taste - brett yeast, sea salt, and guava upfront. The spicy earthy and floral hops and biscuity malts finish the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes slightly tart with the yeast, sea salt, and guava lingering.
Overall - A unique sour that incorporates the guava very well. I like how these guys keep expanding their horizons of brewing.
