The fourth edition of the Sky Rocket series.
Appearance - Pours a hazy pineapple gold with three fingers of frothy white head that leaves some pleasant looking lace on the glass.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, pineapple, peach, guava, papaya, citrus peel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold citrus and tropical hops upfront. The pineapple, peach, guava, papaya, and citrus peel come through next. The brew is finished by the bready malts and earthy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops and bold tropical fruits lingering.
Overall - Another stellar brew from these guys! This one has to be by far the best one of the series yet with the tropical fruits being very pungent and flavourful. This one takes me back to my days spent on a beach with my wife in Maui.
