A belgian ale aged in oak barrel with brett.
Bottled on Oct 18/19.
Appearance - Pours a gold with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - spicy floral and earthy hops, brett yeast, oak, vinous aromas, grape musk, and white grape juice aromas.
Taste - spicy earthy and floral hops upfront then quickly goes into the brett yeast, vinous aromas, grape musk, and white grape juice aromas.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes slightly tart and sticky with the vinous characteristics lingering.
Overall - A bold and dangerously drinkable belgian strong pale ale from the folks at The Establishment. This one is a true gem from their regular brews. Worth a try!
