One of the brews to celebrate The Establishment's one year annivesary.
A double dry hopped imperial New England IPA.
Appearance - Pours an apricot gold with four fingers of frothy white head that leaves some wavy lace on the glass.
Smell - tropical and citrus hops, peach, mango, nectarine, pineapple, apricot, papaya, orange peel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold and tropical and citrus hops upfront. Then it goes into the peach, mango, nectarine, pineapple, apricot, papaya, and orange peel. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops and tropical fruits lingering.
Overall - A well flavoured and highly enjoyable brew. This one is definitely a tropical fruit and hop bomb that is a great way to celebrate Establishment's one year!
