Appearance - Pours a cloudy peach with two fingers of banana coloured that quickly dissipates.
Smell - tropical fruits (mango, pineapple, hint of guava), bready malts, citrus hops, citrus and orange peel, and earthy tropical brett yeast.
Taste - tropical fruits upfront led by the mango then pineapple, hint of guava, citrus and orange peel. The citrus hops, bready malts, and earthy tropical brett yeast finishes the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes slightly tart with the mango lingering.
Overall - A pleasant sour that highlights mango to a tee. I wish the head retention of this brew was a bit better but other than that a flavourful brew that doesn't come across as being too tart.
