The sixth edition of the Sky Rocket series.
Appearance - Pours a hazy peach with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, mango, peach, citrus, papaya, orange peel, pineapple, passionfruit, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold citrus and tropical hops upfront. The mango, peach, citrus, papaya, orange peel, pineapple, and passionfruit make their presence known next. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops and citrus and tropical fruits lingering.
Overall - Another exemplary addition to the series. The tropical and citrus notes are on point but I believe if they are going to continue this series, then they need to branch out to different styles of IPAs like Collective Arts does with their IPA series.
