Appearance - Pours a hazy passionfruit with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, floral, and tropical hops, passiofruit, bready malts, and funky brett yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, floral, and tropical hops upfront. The passionfruit alongside the sourness from the funky brett yeast come through next. The bready malts round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes tart and sticky with the elements lingering.
Overall - An interesting brew that showcases elements of an IPA and a sour. An interesting combination make this a noteworthy brew.
