Establishment Brewing 'Valley HI!' @ 6.5% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a yellow gold from the can to a hazy yellow gold in the glass with a medium size white head leaving a streaky lace along the tulip (some floaters on the last pour)
S-some dankness
T-juicy NE IPA , slight dry finish
MF-ok carbonation , big medium body
Ov-just an ok beer

Appearance - Pours a cloudy peach nectar hue with two fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - Citrus fruit (tangerine, yuzu, orange), tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), blueberries, hint of coconut, bready and grainy malts, leafy aromas.
Taste - Bitter and juicy citrus and tropical fruits as noted above, along with blueberry and coconut, followed by bready caramel malts. Mild lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Dry and sticky.
Overall - Another tasty brew from The Establishment. You really can't go wrong with any of their IPAs. Great collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops.
