Collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops and Brulotte Farms. Get ready to be transported directly to the Yakima valley with aromas of grapefruit pith, pineapple, blueberry bush and the most gentle touch of ripe melon, all packed into a bright and saturated straw-yellow pour. So baby, take a sip and taste the love that went into this freshly brewed, double-dry hopped beauty.

Appearance - Pours a cloudy peach nectar hue with two fingers of frothy white head.

Smell - Citrus fruit (tangerine, yuzu, orange), tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), blueberries, hint of coconut, bready and grainy malts, leafy aromas.

Taste - Bitter and juicy citrus and tropical fruits as noted above, along with blueberry and coconut, followed by bready caramel malts. Mild lingering bitterness in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Dry and sticky.

Overall - Another tasty brew from The Establishment. You really can't go wrong with any of their IPAs. Great collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops.
