Collaboration with Dageraad Brewing.
A Fanconian-style Sommerbier.
Inspired by our respective head brewers' time together in the Franconia Region of Germany, this kellerbier pays homage not only to a cherished style and familiar flavours, but to the incredible beer drinking culture you find across Europe - get ready for the biergarten, this sunshine banger is also low ABV for ultimate crushability.

16 ounce can - packaged July 10/25.
Pours a surprisingly near clear shimmering pale yellow golden with finger and a half of frothy white head.
Nose of bready, biscuity malt, slightly grainy with floral notes and a passing whiff of sulphur.
Grainy biscuity malt sweetness on the palate, some spicy floral hop flavours, slightly herbal with a gentle bitterness drawing you back for more.
Light-medium mouthfeel with low end of medium carbonation and a slight creaminess giving way to a dry refreshing finish.
Pilsner-esque - very easy to drink, and though I am a one and done beer drinker, could see consuming this in quantity (pass me my litre stein).

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
