16oz canned on 12/30/2020. Pours a lovely copper/orange hue with a slight haze to the clarity and a tight, quarter inch, bright white head that slowly disperses into a consistent slick. Nose expresses sweet cereal grains. Taste is a little less sweet - cereal character dominates and finishes with a slightly earthy/medicinal bitterness. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant, consistent carbonation just shy of assertive. Overall, drinkable and quite flavorful at 3.9%. Would love to see on-cask or nitro.
