Pours a lovely translucent copper hue with a rocky, quarter inch, bright white head that sizzles and pops as it slowly recedes. Nose is fairly subdued - some vinous notes upfront followed by a hint of grassiness and caramelized sugar. Taste consistent with nose - sugary quality cutes through the flavor profile, although it's not overly sweet and there's a hint of breadiness at the finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a consistent carbonation just shy of assertive. Overall, a really nice example of the style in my opinion.
