Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden color with a small head of fizzy white foam. The head fades very rapidly, leaving a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is a mix of cereal grain and a bit of caramel mixed with a light note of citrus (lemon and lime) along with a bit of straw.
Taste – The taste starts with a mix of light corn, cereal, and caramel paired with a bit of lemon and lime citrus. The citrus seems to fade while the grain gets a bit more intense, and with a bit of hay developing along the way, the mix of flavors takes the taste to its end.
Mouthfeel – The body is rather light and crisp with a more moderate carbonation level.
Overall – Just fairly average for a lite brew.
