New brewery, neat. No can date
Pours a creamy dense foamy 1.5 finger head with good retention, soapy lacing, cloudy hazy pale orange color
Nose explode with citrus and tropical fruit, mango, tangerine, clementine, juicy ripe peach and general stone fruit, a touch of creamy doughy malt, a bit pithy, faint clover honey
Taste brings a lot more of the juicy fruits, ripe peach and mango up front with more tangerine, generic citrus with a touch of pith, low bitterness, a mild tropical fruit but not much mostly just the mango, creamy soft base malt water softener minerals but seems like the right amount as I don't get the chalky extras, very mild wildflower generic honey, dry soft finish with a hint of bitterness,
Mouth is med bod, soft creamy juicy, med creamy carb
Overall pretty well done NEIPA, wish the honey was more prevalent
