Poured into a 20 oz Snulip glass not sure when it was canned. Pours pitch black with a 2 plus finger mocha head that leaves a few streaks of lace, with excellent retention. 4.25
Aroma is chocolate chips, vanilla bean, toffee, caramel, and a little alcohol comes through. 4.25
Taste follows chocolate chips, vanilla, toffee, caramel, and some warming alcohol. 4.25
Mouthfeel is above average, gentle carbonation, maybe a tad dry, and at 11% it is approachable and warms the soul on a cold winters night.4.25
Overall this is a very good imperial stout, pretty darn impressed. 4.25
