A perfect beer! Great mix of German (Spalter) hops and American (Chinhook) hops in perfect combination with pale ale malts. The great amber color finishes a great beer experience. Love it.

A: Amber, hazy, decent sized head, reasonable retention, lots of lacing.
S: Yeast, phenols and sour berries.
T: Malt forward, tangerine, cassis, cinnamon.
M: Slightly heavy body, moderate carbonation.
O: Combined the spiciness of a Winter Warmer style with the yeasty phenolic properties of a Belgian style pale ale. Nice colder weather beer.
