Poured a medium straw hue with a three finger foamy white head. There was very good retention and very good lacing.
The smell featured a very spicy and musty noble hop with a husky grain aroma.
The taste was upfront spicy noble hops with a solid doughy malt.
The mouthfeel was of average fullness with a bit of a detracting chemical sensation.
Overall a very good Pils. Very flavorful and highly drinkable.

From my notes 6/9/07 Pours a two-finger white head that fades slowly to a ring, leaving some lace. Crystal clear pale amber color. Balanced nose. Good carbonation and light bodied. Flavor is hoppy but a reasonably clean finish, typical pilsner 3.00 ($4.11) for 0.5L glass on-tap at Hotel Maximillam Innsbruke, Austria.

The beer pours a very pale gold color with a thick frothy white head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a clean crisp pale malt scent with a fruity lager yeast finish. The taste is average. It has a very plain pale malt flavor with a dry finish. It is devoid of any real taste. It goes down easy. The mouthfeel is average also. It is a low bodied beer with good carbonation. This is a poor pilsner. It has little character or mouthfeel. It's one and done for me.
