De Bierothek. En copa hefe de Weihenstephander. Leyendo Clean Code y Jugando a Walking Dead Final season. Por un lado presenta perfil ligero, algo aguado que al principio decepciona. A: Bronze, clear, large foamy head, moderate retention.
S: Cranberries on the turn.
T: Sour fruits, finished with a lingering bitter biscuity aftertaste.
M: Medium body, slightly thick texture, slight coarse edge from the bitterness.
O: A new discovery for me, somewhere between an Alt Frankisch, Dunkel and a Kellerbier.
