Added by Act 25. 1st review from brewer, a lovely getaway in the fingerlakes of NY near Ithaca/Cornell.
a) Matches up with the best NE IPAs. Hazed body, lasting ring, but sparse lace, overly loose head.
s) A bit of barnyard along with the hops, some honey, low fruit.
t) That barnyard, grassy, wet hay, cow aroma persists in a good way, like with mushrooms, with low fruit, and decent hop peppery finish.
f) Adequate texture, high carb, peppery finish.
o) Still a work in progress - too much barnyard.
