The colour is distinctly yellow and strongly iridescent. The foam is white, creamy in consistency, very high and incredibly persistent. It sticks strongly to the glass.
The aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and hoppy. The intensity of the aroma is very high and persistent.
The taste is a perfect balance between malty sweetness, hoppy bitterness and a slight sour note.
High carbonation, sparkling. Medium body, not higher. Almost smooth texture. Medium-long, fruity aftertaste.
