The colour is yellow-pink and cloudy. The white head, composed of fine bubbles, is tall and has a medium-long retention. The lacing is rather sparse.The aroma is slightly fruity, with hints of raspberry, perhaps even strawberry, followed by subtle notes of lime and distinct dry, grassy accents.The flavour is characterised by distinct acidity and perhaps even a slight salty note. The acidity is slightly astringent.The body is medium to light. The texture is slightly rough. The finish is long and tart.
