Copenhagen 2/4 2020. 44 cl can from Voldby Købmandsgaard Web-shop. Stylistic rendering of an old-fashioned record and a pickup on the can. Very gushy upon opening.
Pours murky, golden yellow with a very big, bubbly white head. Settles as an uneven, frothy layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet tropical fruit and slightly stronger citric odor. Peach, pineapple and mango. Malty touch of caramel. Citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is a bit thin an watery. Medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.
Decent session IPA with a reasonable intensity and a fine aroma.
