Golden color with a huge four finger head with great retention and leaving laces.
Aroma with notes of bready malt sweetness and faint sourness.
Flavor with notes of toasted malts, lemon drops (a bit sign of contamination starting to take over) and some red fruits. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness. Far from IPA level.
Light body with effervescent over carbonation (some bug takin over).
This is more like a Red Ale rather than a Red IPA. It has signs of increased contamination: excessive and effervescent head with lemon sour notes. Also got very attenuated. Still conserves toasted and red fruit notes. I didn't really feel the peanuts; the sourness overshadowed the nutty notes.
