Solid amber color with a thick thin head with decent retention.
Aroma with predominant notes of cardamom and pine.
Flavor with notes of toasted malts, cardamom, ginger, white pepper, mild grapefruit citrusy and English tea. Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness and spicy finish.
Quite light body with mild carbonation.
Spiced and tea like "American Pale Ale", far from the style.
