Had HYOH at Happy Trails Brewery & Taproom, Sparta, Tenn., on draft into tumbler.
Pours cloudy medium-gold with 1/2-finger near-white head, which quickly dissipates to a ring, itself soon departing without leaving any lace. Moderate aroma of banana, fruit and cloves, growing fruitier as warms. Nice smooth mouthfeel at start, then sweet fruit leads into a bit of cloves and banana, before a crisp, unusually fruity finish.
Disappointing head, excellent aroma, and more than pleasant liquid: rather a roller-coaster of expectations and deliveries, but the ride is recommended.
