Many thanks to Knapp85 for sharing this can.
A - Medium gold color with nice clarity and a rocky, sticky white layer of foam on top and stuck to the sides of the glass. Carbonation is moderate to moderately heavy and steady.
S - Dry hay / straw with some light earthiness and minimal malt aroma. Overall aroma is very dry and pleasing on the nose.
T - Some light sweet honey malt nips the tongue up front then dives below an earthy citrus wave of hops midway through. Bitterness builds all the way through the end with lingering sharp citrus and piney bitterness hanging out well after the sip. Flavor is big and bold.
M - Thick body with sharp prickly carbonation. Maybe a little thick for the style but it doesn't detract from the beer.
O - This is a pretty fantastic interpretation of a Helles.
